Objectives
 To promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation in developing effective partnerships. To assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school.

Meetings
 The P & C meets each month on the fourth Tuesday, 7.30 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.  Whole school community (parents, citizens and staff) are welcome to attend these meetings to participate in the discussion, debate and decision-making process of the P & C.

School Involvement 

The P & C provides a forum for expressing and exploring the wider diverse views and values of our school community. The P&C is consulted as part of the school planning process and also provides representation on school committees and interview panels when required.
 
Activities 
Parent Forums
Throughout the year, parent forums are held in conjunction with the P & C meetings.  At these meetings, issues of concern to parents and students can be discussed and examined: Topics such as understanding the HSC, helping your child to succeed in the senior school, understanding the UAI and so on.

 Consultation Evenings: Parent, Student, Teacher.
We encourage parents to communicate with the school at any time when they have concerns, however, the school also has a consultation night in Term 2 when parents can make appointments with the teachers of their son/daughter in a convenient manner.
