Library

The School library is a dynamic and effective  “information-rich” resource.  It is essential to the quality teaching and learning that occurs in the school.  Students and staff using the library are able to access a variety of print and non-print sources of information, computers, audio-visual media, a colour photocopier and several private study rooms.

The library makes valuable contributions to enhancing student learning outcomes by providing services that complement the school's extra-curricular activities and learning programs.  Students and teachers are supported with expertise and assistance in the use of technology and in the location of resources that are necessary to the completion of set tasks.

The library provides a safe environment that is conducive to learning and study.  In addition to an extensive resource collection, the library also provides comfortable, well furnished and quiet “work areas” for class, group and individual learning.
